    Make sure you have the following information available:

    • Purchase order (PO) number (if available): [Enter the PO number if applicable]

    Rename the file before uploading it, following these steps:

    1. If you have a purchase order (PO) number, include it in the file name.

    2. Start the file name with the company name, followed by an underscore (_) separator.

    3. Add the PO number (if available), followed by an underscore (_) separator.

    4. Append the current date to the file name in the format YYYY-MM-DD.

    5. Ensure that the file name has a relevant file extension indicating the file type (e.g., .pdf, .docx).

    Example:

    If the company name is "ABC Company" and the purchase order number is "12345", and today's date is June 27, 2023, the file name would be:

    ABC_Company_12345_2023-06-27.pdf

    Note:

    If you don't have a purchase order number, omit the PO number and follow steps b, d, and e using only the company name and date.
